Oppression Of Prostitution

Oppression Of Prostitution
By
Russell R Ellis

Years ago I was starving, with no place to stay but in a bus station. Along came this man, offering to by me a supper if I would spend the night and have sex with him. I was willing just for the supper, though for someone not gay, it was the hardest thing I ever did, just to get a bite to eat. No it wasn't they only time, I was a hobo, for about 6 months, so went hungry a number of times. I blame no one for it, and even thank God for the lesson on survival, so I could understand what oppressed people have to go through.
Now there are police today who pretend to be wanting sex, who offer money instead of food, for sex and if I except they would have arrested me. I would have been in heaven, I would get at least six good meals and a nice warm place to stay. But that would have been entrapment, a crime Law enforcement forgot is a crime, they would have known I was starving and would do anything for a meal, so they only offered, to get an arrest even according to common sense or the unwritten, or Common law I was only guilty of starving. But we stripped Compassion from our legal system, with the Hypocrisy of knowing we all would do the same thing to pay our rent, food, or whatever, and most have by barter. The difference is barter today isn't excepted as payment for sex today. nor is giving sex to get something we want. Yet it is paying for sex.

Now, Prostitution was made illegal long ago because of fornication being a sin in the old days, and because they would have to make having affairs illegal also, caused a problem, (now I need to do some more research on this to be sure affairs were never made illegal, some say yes and some say no). Anyway Prostitution was not harmful to others, back then except for having an affair, and as I said they would have problems making having an affair illegal also, because you must have equal justice, Fornication was the sin, so they agreed to go for Prostitution, but It came under fire as science began proving things considered a danger to others really were not,  so research was on to prove prostitution was harmful to others, and they couldn't. But instead of making Prostitution legal, they just ignored it..... And as you can see, it wasn't the only thing ignored in the Constitutionthat caused our losing our rights and causing what has happened, to create, the problems we have today, and only by getting rid of the illegal laws and start go back to using common sense or common law, also called the unwritten law, can we get back to a working constitution.

What Is An Unconstitutional Law

What Is An Unconstitutional Law

Amendment I
Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press, or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the government for a redress of grievances.

The pledge of allegiance backs up what the meaning of the First Amendment is.

All our laws are made to make sure, no one is left out, meaning, we can have no law in the books, and no law can be made that can't be enforce on everyone equally.
So what laws are illegal laws, also called unconstitutional laws?
1-  Any law based on religion is illegal.............
2- It is illegal to force everyone to worship your God.....
3- It is illegal to keep you from worshiping your God............
4- You have the right to free speech, as long as you don't hurt another by it.....
5- It is illegal to get rid of the press, as it is our right to be in the know...................
6- It is illegal to keep anyone from protesting peacefully............................
7- it is illegal to make a law to keep you from complaining about a wrong or illegal law......
8- A law that can't be enforced equally is illegal......

Liberty and Justice for all means, use common sense, when creating, or enforcing these laws, called our common or unwritten law......

I will be adding the other laws soon from the other Amendments.

Researchers needed 2

I strongly believe the environment around us can change our behavior, and an example of this is found here Click where a little girl in China was run over (caught on camera) by a van as people walked by not even looking at her, the van backed up and ran over her again as it drove off. The girl lay there dead for awhile as people walked by, no one alarmed at all. The environment in China because of only being allowed to have one child, and that child most often has to be a boy, so to have a boy they have to get rid of the girl, so girls are not worth much to them. So the girls who get sold to traffickers for prostitution are the lucky ones and because people there know this, they see the traffickers as the girls only chance, like the underground railroads the slaves used here in the U.S.. Not all the world see's life the way we do, because of oppression, they see the product of chance or death, because they see a chance to live as far better then death, or prostitution as far better then losing there sex organs. In the old days the good cowboy gave his gun with his last bullet to his wife so she could kill herself, because the environment was seen then as death being better then rape. So the environment we lived in changes the way we behave and as the troops do, bring it home and wonder why you think it is so bad. There are many things troops latter veterans, are sent to prison for that happen because of the war environment. Look at how easily people changed after the 9/11 attacks, the hate wasn't just for muslin's but for there Churches, God, and all they stood for.

Researchers needed

We need researchers who don't support any special interest group to do some research on sexual control, so we can treat sex offenders. Some kind of chemistry or environment causes this, and maybe even instinct. Years ago I remember some women were more turned on and I was turned on more at the same time also, then at other times. Its like they were animals in heat and so was I. Something caused this excitement. A friend of mine was hunting, and his friend was taking photos when a doe (female deer) came walking out of the brush, of course he shot it, but something happened, a big buck came out right behind her, as this time of year they are in heat. He seemed in another world, as he used his antlers to life the doe off the ground and set her in a way so he could mate with her, she fell and again he lifted her and he would have kept on if he didn't see them. It was all photographed. What makes a Buck go so crazy he will fight even humans, his mortal enemy, this time of year. And what causes a doe to be so excited for any buck around as though she were in a daze. Most women don't get that turned on except when they explode. So is the doe having an extended one. As a man I remember when sexually excited it hurt so bad all I could think of was to hurry for relief that a man won't have until its over. Yet most women don't seem to have this problem and even enjoy slow. There is an add on Cialis telling men to go to a doctor if it last more then 4 hours. Why would a man want to keep an erection that long. Perhaps lose it, then let it get erect again and again after an hour or so. Perhaps the environment like having been in a war where programing to get you to think of the enemy as less then a dog, caused them to hate all the people of the race they were fighting, caused them to think the women & children have no value except for sex. I know most of us kids during the red scare lived as though there would be tomorrow. But it has to be more then just chemicals and programing to cause them to do this. Maybe it has a lot to do with an instinct we long forgot, like a musk some women may put off more them others that turns a man into a crazed animal. The point is, no one knows or have ever tried to find out without the special interest groups contaminating the research with there demands.

LIKE SHOES, LAWS NEED TO BE CHANGED

As a child gets older, he or she will have bigger feet and need new shoes. We don't like change, but it is a part of life or you can go barefoot throughout life. The point is, everything changes with time.
When a law is written, it is to protect us from something we think could harm us. But as time goes on we find that thing is no longer a danger to us, so the law must change so everyone knows it is no longer illegal. These are laws that need to be changed, why they were made and how to change them.
ILLEGAL LAWS
1- Prostitution -Health problems like VD or AIDS - more are exposed to these things getting free sex now, so we must make all sex with someone your not married to illegal, or make prostitution legal.
2- States fine system - to punish someone for a crime like DWI or go to jail, the poor go to jail or go hungry - Make the fine a percent of someones take home pay, so both the rich and poor suffer the same, or get rid of the fine system.
3- Loss of voting rights because of being in a prison - Voting is a duty everyone must do freely or voters in one party can make laws to put people of one party in prison to get elected - make it illegal to take away anyone's right to vote.
4- legally post a bankruptcy list on the internet or anywhere else - A list promotes discrimination - as we learned when so many were blacklisted in the 50's - list or brand everyone who is a threat to society, like AIDS victims, drunks, or druggy's.
5- Charging prisoners rent while they are in jail, if they can't pay there rent they get locked up again for owing a debt- That is discrimination and punishing the entire family, not just the prisoner. And the legal system was not created to be a business or to force sales by extortion, intimidation, or bullying.
6- Probation has become so unregulated it has become perhaps the most corrupt in law enforcement. Forcing criminals into groups that they can't afford and have to pay for and making it imposable to get out of, with even the use of unreliable lie detectors and other ways because of the power they have to enforce the law, to force them back into prison.
7- The legal system itself has become so corrupt that I would rather be judged by a computer then even a jury. When law enforcement itself is allowed to become a criminal, enforcing illegal laws, promoting unequal justice, operating like a crooked business, with so many above the law. I know a man who was put on parole after leaving prison, and forgot to name a visitor and ended up put back in prison, only to find he wasn't even suppose to be on parlor, so someone made a nasty goof or someone in law enforcement set him up, and he had to stay in prison, no one investigated, or punished for this crime.
